I would do a L for a normal fit or xl for oversized fit.

I grabbed both sizes just incase. If you have a smaller chest I would def say buy your true size. If you have a larger chest def size up.

No stretch in the chest so I would size up if you have a larger chest. I did a size xl in this one.
