I call this one ➡️ taking kiddo to the park in the comfiest pants I own

While my life may look glamorous (🫣😅) in reality, I’m a full time mom working from home to build my business and empower YOU to travel the world with excitement

I’m embarrassed to tell you how recently i learned this trick 🫣 and i have ALWAYS had thick thighs!

Summer in Italy gets HOT and it’s so important that your clothing makes you feel
➡️ comfortable
➡️ confident, and
➡️ cool enough!

Without bike shorts, I had to wear pants of some kind all the time. Ugh!

Don’t get me wrong, i love a good pair of trousers but i love wearing skirts and dresses as much as possible in the summer - especially when i see all the italian ladies fashion 💅

Have you been to Villa Borghese in Rome?

It’s a huge park with tons of places to sit, little restaurants, bikes for rent, and more cute things to do

There’s also a viewpoint looking out over the city but there is NO shade over there 😅 too hot for me at the moment

The best part? It’s nice here any time of the day, and never too crowded (at least when I’ve been here)

➡️ You have to be comfortable, first priority. For me, this means comfy walking shoes with inserts and accessories that block the sun

➡️ You MUST be able to keep cool! I’m doing so by wearing my hat, light colors, natural fibers, and honestly changing my clothes when I get too sweaty.

➡️ You have to be drinking water and taking breaks in the shade 🤷‍♀️ otherwise you’re going to be uncomfortable, too hot, and you’re not going to enjoy yourself

➡️ You’ve got to feel confident! Your clothes should be an expression of how much you love your body, so dressing in clothes that make 👏 you 👏 feel 👏 good is a must, in my opinion
