LOVE this maroon and light blue skirt! Going to throw on tights and boots when it gets colder in the winter / when I go to Paris It has an elastic waistband and is naturally longer than this! I rolled it once to give it more of a mini skirt effect It does run a bit larger and since it doesn’t tie or have anything to adjust sizing in the waist I would recommend sizing down particularly if you’re between sizes
