8 staple habits in my four hour / 5am morning routine before work! I own two businesses, am working on a book and app, am an influencer and work 7 days a week (: this routine is the key to my daily success! If you are looking for a positive change, a morning routine is so transformative! Mine has adapted over the years based on my life adapting- i had one while i worked my 9-5 and I’ll have one forever and ever. 4 hours is just what works for me and is the best part of my day - yours could be 20 minutes! This routine is voluntary and yet involuntary at the same time. I don’t have to do any of these things yet i strategically built the habit of doing them so it is who i have become and what i do without having to really make the choice. It’s always such a rabbit hole when i start thinking about it. ANYWAY. #morningroutine
