8 staple habits in my four hour / 5am morning routine before work! I own two businesses, am working on a book and app, am an influencer and work 7 days a week (: this routine is the key to my daily success! If you are looking for a positive change, a morning routine is so transformative! Mine has adapted over the years based on my life adapting- i had one while i worked my 9-5 and I’ll have one forever and ever. 4 hours is just what works for me and is the best part of my day - yours could be 20 minutes! My Q4 goals! How i set them, how i created my daily/weekly/monthly habits for them and how i am going to set myself up for success so that I can reach them 🫶🏼 i know that i will reach and accomplish any goal that i set for myself because i make it impossible to fail. Well, even if i “fail” i know that i will learn from it, use it to grow and continue moving forward. Maybe my goals take more than a quarter to reach, i guess we will find out!!! BUT i know for a fact that the work, time, energy and effort I am putting in this quarter (and that i have been putting in over the last 5 years) will be something i look back on and attribute my success to when i do reach them!! The worst of my lawsuit lead me to my ice bath era and honestly i stand by the ice bath. My perspective was if i can get myself to sit in a tub of ice in my backyard in a MI winter welllll then i can get myself through a lawsuit and really though anything. I was trying to make myself mentally tough because i was having a hard time and well was i wrong??? NOPE!! Also i saw that ice baths helped regulate your mood and that hope was enough to get my little booty in the car and on the way to buy this thing from the tractor supply store lol. I loved the discipline ice baths taught me. Especially during a darker time in my life. I learned that you have to show up and do things because you know they are right to do, even if you don’t feel like it. Even if you feel horrible or sad, your habits and your actions still count!! Cheers to the ice baths that gave me a sense of accomplishments and a reminder that i could do hard things and get through anything (:
