Habits I have been doing in my morning routine while pregnant!!

These have truly saved my mental health and I really believe are doing wonders for my physical health (even though you can’t see it lol)

1. Waking up early so I have time to do things before work! This has helped me still carve out time to feel like ME

2. One thing this baby is gonna have me do is eat lol helps me not feel sick so you know what heck yeah

3. Getting dressed - this is actually a little bit more stressful of a habit these days ahahaha not much is fitting but I am SO excited because one day real soon I’ll be able to wear more than 5% of what’s in my closet

4. Singing in the car with the window down is such a small thing but I genuinely look forward to it every morning and it always boosts my mood

5. Walking!! I have been walking atleast 2 miles a day this pregnancy! My goal has been 2-4 but in my 9th month I am deffff slowing down ahaha

6. Working out! I have been doing strength training and Pilates this pregnancy and have LOVED it. I am really proud of showing up for this habit and believe the benefits mentally and physically are benefiting lol

7. I try to have a healthy breakfast at home but love the occasional breakfast date with my husband

Other habits I do in my morning routine while preg that aren’t featured:
-showering lol
-haircare, body and belly oil, skincare
-habit tracking
-affirmations and gratitude
-habit stacking cooking / walking / getting ready with an audiobook!!
-reading

I cannot wait to build a new morning routine and new habits when I am a MOM🫶🏼💛😭✨

Everyday I thank God for our sister ‘triplets’ coming this fall 🥹
Getting to be pregnant with my big sister and little sister has been truly such a gift. We dreamed of this for so long and i can’t believe we are so close to being moms and raising our babies together. This is my first pregnancy and my sisters’ second pregnancies and i am also just so grateful I have gotten to learn SO much from them. They are such incredible moms and I am so so so lucky for everything they have taught me and for their guidance 😭🫶🏼

ALSO it is so special watching my other 3 little siblings prep for 3 new babies in the family. I am so happy and feel so so so lucky.
