For me, taking agency over my health meant choosing a slower path. One built on consistency, nourishment, movement, and regulation. A long-term relationship with my body, not a short term fix. I’m passionate about showing that weight loss and fitness don’t have to come from fear or urgency. They can come from a place of safety, trust, and sustainability.
