After I had the flu over Christmas, I realized how important electrolytes were. Even though I drink lemon water every morning before coffee, I was not getting the electrolytes I needed first thing in the morning after lots of research. This is one of the cleanest you can get!
Our family loves the variety of flavors already prepackaged per serving. The kids can put them in their sports bags and I put half of one in a cup of warm lemon water every morning.✨
