My Salad Jar Recipe ⤵️

I’ve always wanted to meal prep using mason jars, and with keeping my body a temple, I refuse to make excuses like “I didn’t have food ready so I stopped at Moe’s.”

Now, salads are not the only thing I’ll be using these mason jars for, but baby, this salad jar meal prep is giving!

Cobb Salad Jar Recipe for four 32 oz Wide Mouth Mason Jars:

✨ Italian dressing: 2 tablespoons per jar (Feel free to use your favorite dressing!)
✨ Corn: ¼ cup per jar
✨ Cucumber: 1, sliced and divided between jars
✨ Bell Pepper: 1, chopped and divided between jars
✨ Black Olives: ¼ cup sliced per jar
✨ Eggs: 2, hard-boiled and quartered, divided between jars
✨ Grilled Chicken: 2 oz per jar (I used two chicken breasts, seasoned to taste)
✨ Iceberg Lettuce: 2 cups chopped per jar
✨ Hemp Seeds: 1 teaspoon per jar
