Smells like the 1990's. I bought this for my 16 year old self. When I was a teenager, I wanted this perfume SO badly. I'd go to the department store to use the tester in the makeup section before a date or big night out. I'd spray it on the clothes that I was buying. It took 30 years, but I finally got it.
