2019 was pretty LIT ✨ I learned A LOT about myself. I learned that you really can achieve ANYTHING you set your mind to. For instance, I used to HATE running (like y’all don’t even know) 🏃🏻‍♀️ And this girl ran a half-marathon! 🙌🏼 While this was huge for me, it meant more than a fitness milestone. I was able to show myself that I’m capable of anything. No matter how lofty the goal seems, I know I can find a way to achieve it through laying out a plan, taking action and getting after it everyday 👏🏼
