I went to the podiatrist on Tuesday to address my persistent ankle pain from a decades old injury. She told me I should wear sneakers to work and change my shoes once I get there. I’m not a fan of sneakers at all and I love my fancy footwear (I take my blog post the Fabulous Shoe Maven for a reason lol) but either I suffer or adjust 🤷🏾‍♀️ So pulled l my Hoka’s out the closet.
