Bread the chicken and start with flour, followed by egg, and then breadcrumbs. Add oil to pan and cook through on both sides. Once chicken is fully cooked, add tomatoes to pan and blister! After they have cooked for a few minutes, add garlic, lemon juice, and white wine. Plate chicken with tomato mixture, fresh burrata, balsamic glaze, and fresh basil!
