Holiday appetizer idea 🫶🏼 Goat cheese crostini with hot honey and bacon 🤍 this was super simple & tastes delicious! 🥓🍯 Ingredients: 1 baguette 1 pack of bacon 2-3 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary hot honey (to drizzle) whipped goat cheese ingredients: 8 oz softened goat cheese (I used 4 oz truffle and 4 oz regular) 2 oz cream cheese (softened) 2 tbsp sour cream 1 tbsp honey Preheat oven to 400. Cook bacon 15-20 mins in oven until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towel. Combine ingredients for cheese while bacon is in oven in a blender. Once blended, slice baguette and drizzle with olive oil on baking sheet. Bake for around 3-5 min, until golden brown. Assemble bread with whipped goat cheese, bacon bits, and fresh chopped rosemary.
