Cook with us 🤍 this is my FAVE summer salad - if you’re a salad girl it’s 10/10 worth making 🤌🏼 Balsamic Steak Gorgonzola Salad with Grilled Corn 🥗🥩 Steak Marinade: 1/4 c balsamic 1/4 c olive oil 1 tbsp Worcestershire 1 tbsp dijon Garlic powder Salt + pepper 
(marinate 30 mins) Grill:
• Steak (4–5 mins per side)
• Corn
(let steak rest, then slice) Salad Dressing: 1/4 c balsamic vinegar 1/2 c olive oil 1-2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp Dijon Salt + pepper Herb Topping: 2 tbsp basil 2 tbsp parsley 2 cloves garlic Olive oil Lemon zest 
Salad Base:
Chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, red onion, gorgonzola Assemble:
Add grilled steak + corn, then top with dressing + herb topping 🤍 the perfect mix of savory, sweet, and fresh for spring/summer dinners 👏🏼 .
