One of my favorite flavorful dishes Pollo en crème de Chipotle - (Chipotle Cream Chicken) very sped up version! :) 1 onion & 12 mushrooms sauted together set aside, Slice & saute 1.5 lbs chicken breast, add 1 package cream cheese & a bit of milk, mix cream or Mexican sour cream with Chipotle’s in sauce, at to chicken, add extra for taste if need, add back mushrooms and onions, mix together. Heat tortillas, serve as tacos with avocado, rice and black beans on the side. So delicious m, easy and plenty for left overs! LTKHome
