She’s alive, after a long nap in the fridge, my sourdough starter is officially back to life—bubbly, happy, and ready to work! Used the sourdough discard from today and turned it into homemade bagels—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and 100% made with love…… they turned out so good.
