The Easiest Summer dip / Cowboy Caviar 🤠

In separate bowl combine
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/3 cup White wine vinegar
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Whole lime juiced
1 tsp salt
Mix

Combine
2 Roma tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 can of sweet corn
2 Avocados
1/4 cup red onion
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1/4 cup cilantro
Pour sauce over top and mix
