I stopped chasing “perfect routines” and started building realistic ones.

The little things matter more now:
• walking daily
• tracking my health
• drinking more water
• taking vitamins consistently
• skincare that actually supports my skin barrier
• slowing down enough to rest

None of these are flashy.
None of them are viral.

But these are the habits that quietly help me show up better for:
mom life, work life, content life… and honestly, myself too.

A lot of wellness in your 40s isn’t about doing more.
It’s about supporting your body before burnout forces you to.
