Easy Dinners I don’t gatekeep Creamy Shrimp Pasta 🍤🍝 Ingredients: * Pasta of choice * Shrimp (peeled & deveined) * Garlic * Butter * Heavy cream * Parmesan cheese * Spinach * Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika * Optional: red pepper flakes How I made it: 1. Cook pasta and save a little pasta water. 2. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. 3. Sauté shrimp in butter until cooked through, then set aside. 4. In the same pan, sauté garlic. 5. Add heavy cream + parmesan cheese and stir until creamy. 6. Toss in spinach and let it wilt down. 7. Add pasta and shrimp back in. 8. Mix everything together and add pasta water if needed. Easy, creamy, and everybody actually eats it in this house. LTKootd
