While planning our spring break this year, I started looking back at last year’s family trip to Gatlinburg, Tennessee. It ended up being one of those trips that had a little bit of everything — scenic mountain views, hiking in the Smoky Mountains, fun attractions for the kids, and even a side trip to Knoxville.
