Phillip’s Cottage is a transitional home for women with children in Minden, Louisiana. It was never on my bingo card in creating a transitional home, but sometimes life presents us with opportunities, a door opens, and you just have to walk through it. After my dad unexpectedly passed away, I knew I had to do something to honor the legacy and forth on the work he began during his time on earth. And Phillip’s Cottage was born.
