Lately I’ve been trying to rebuild my mornings instead of rushing through them. I’ve been in a low-energy season, and some days feel heavier than others… but I’m learning that I don’t need a full life reset. Just small moments of consistency. Waking up a little earlier. Slowing down. Taking care of myself before the day starts. It’s not perfect, and it’s not impressive… but it’s helping me feel more like myself again.
