Back with part 3 of testing budget friendly lip stains, and today I’m wearing a favorite: the Milani Color Fetish Hydrating Lip Stain! (Gifted) These are super dry-lip-friendly, I don’t even feel like I need to apply lip balm throughout the day. (Exfoliating/moisturizing before hand will still get you the most even results). It dries down after a few hours to be transfer-proof and lasts well through even fast food chicken tenders! Just be aware that these can feather if you over-draw your lips, so stick to lip liner for that!
