I’m really focused on increasing my steps this month and so far I’m really proud I’ve been so consistent! I set a goal that’s attainable but much higher than a lot of my work days can be so it’s requiring me to find ways to fit in a couple small walks and move my body more during the day which has felt really good!

Omg i worked hard to hit my step goal on my walking pad while working this afternoon, completely forgetting how many steps I’d be doing unloading my stuff at that sale tonight. My legs are so tired!

Collapsed in bed and adding another pair of my favorite athletic shorts to my Amazon cart because I wear the two pairs I have ALL THE TIME and thought about how great they are multiple times today. The zipper pocket is a must.
