I LOVE these @Torrid jeans! They are the best pair of denim I’ve ever tried on. I haven’t found a pair of jeans that I love until now! These are amazing! I got the short but think I could’ve gotten the extra short. I’m 5’1” for reference.

💇🏽‍♀️HOLY GRAIL HAIR CURLING CLIP WAND💇🏽‍♀️

💇🏽‍♀️My T3 Micro Curling clip wand is the absolute best! I’ve used it for about 5 years now, and I swear by it! I have thick hair and my hair holds a curl with this wand all day! #t3micro #T3Hair

💇🏽‍♀️It has 9 different heat settings so it works with all hair types and textures.

💇🏽‍♀️I have the 1.5” barrel, but they have all different sizes of barrels to choose from and they are all interchangeable so you can use the one base and just add on additional barrels for different hair styles.

💇🏽‍♀️It also curls my hair in one pass. I never have to keep re-curling or like leave the wand on my hair for a long time to ensure a good hold. One pass, and my curls stay all day.

💇🏽‍♀️It minimizes static and frizz and also boosts shine so my hair always look silky and smooth after curing my hair.

💇🏽‍♀️I have had both the wand and clip version and I loved both but I prefer the clip.

These are some of my recommendations if you’re just now starting your GLP1 journey.

Hair Health: I haven’t experience that much hair shedding, but I’ve been taking Nutrafol & Mary Ruth’s for a little over two years now. It’s a bit pricey but very worth it.

Weighted Vest: I use my vest almost daily when taking my dog Luca for a walk, and it helps with burning calories faster, strengthening my core and helps with posture. I would recommend starting with 15 pounds.

Strength Training: they say that you lose muscle while on the medication so it’s very important to do a couple of strength training exercises daily.

Walking Pad: I highly recommend getting a walking pad. It makes it so much easier to get your walk-in daily, especially if you’re very busy. It’s nice to have at home.

Fitness tracker: a great way to set goals for yourself. Your journey is your own. Set realistic goals for YOUR body and increase them as you go. When I first started my journey I set a goal of 15 min walks to start out. You can set a time , distance or step goal.

Hydration: I’ll admit it’s difficult to get in your daily water intake, but having a Brumate definitely makes it easier. My water stays cool all day and it doesn’t leak.
I’m a big fan of the White Peach sugar free Liquid IV.

Hope these tips help you on your journey.

MY NEWEST IPL BFF! Thank you to @Target and Braun for
partnering with me on this video.
Also, anyone else tired of scheduling waxing appointments every two weeks or the random chin
hairs that seem to pop up weekly?!? I’m so over plucking them or even worse, forgetting about
them and going out and about in public with a hairy chin.
I’ve seen IPL everywhere, and everyone keeps saying I should give it a try, so I love that I can
pick up the Braun Silk Expert Pro 3 in store at Target. They always have the best beauty tech
finds! With visible results in just 3 sessions it’s definitely a win for me!

My denim dress I love and it’s from @Spanx . #spanxpartner #spanx
