🚶🏽‍♀️ HOME GYM UPDATE 🚶🏽‍♀️

I switched out my spin bike (which I still love but just not using) to a walking pad. I love how slim it is. So far it's new but what I love about it is:
🚶🏽‍♀️ It holds up to 300 pounds. I didn't find many that held over that weight. I am under the weight capacity but still wanted the option.

✨ Another walking pad is linked that has a weight capacity of 320lbs but doesn’t have the arm rest.

🚶🏽‍♀️It comes with a remote controller and has a control center on the handle bar.

🚶🏽‍♀️It has a place to hold a phone, kindle, or iPad, and the handle folds down as well if you don't want it up.

🚶🏽‍♀️The entire thing also fits under your sofa as well!

🚶🏾‍♀️BENEFITS TO WALKING WITH A WEIGHTED VEST🚶🏾‍♀️I’ve been walking with a weighted vest for the past month and these are some of the improvements I’ve seen⬇️

1️⃣Better Posture- The weight of the vest forces you to walk more upright and in a neutral spine position, giving you much better posture. I tend to hunch my shoulders forward, and so this has been really help correct my posture.

2️⃣Increased Calorie Burn- I burn more calories while walking with a weighted vest, which has in turn helped accelerate my weight loss. I wear a 20 pound vest, but I’m thinking about increasing it to 30 pounds next month. (The recommendation is 5-20% of your body weight)

3️⃣Increased Core Strength- My core is getting so much stronger now that I’m wearing my weighted vest. Since it works to stabilize my body naturally while wearing the vest walking, I notice when I’m completing other tasks where my core would need to activate it just does. From lifting items like laundry baskets, walking up stairs, carrying groceries inside the house, my body just feels like its moving around easier than before.

🚶🏾‍♀️I’m wearing a vest thats available in 8-30 pounds, and I’m wearing the 20 pound vest.

This Tuckernuck dress wears like a dream! This is the Callaghan dress, and I love this easy shirtdress so much, I have it in Navy, Hunter green, a hot pink , AND this green striped version. I’m wearing an XL.

I draped a J Crew cable knit cardigan over the dress, which is perfect for when I’m chilly as the weather cools down.

I paired it with my new boots from Sam Edelman. I’m loving the chocolate brown color for fall and these are perfect!

This is the Sylvia boot, which comes in soo many different colorways and textures and leathers. They are available in regular, wide calf, and extra wide calf. For reference, I got my true shoe size 8.5 and I ordered the boot in wide calf. My calves are 15inches for reference.
