I also paired it with the heather grey My Time Tee, which is one of fp movement’s fan favorites. 💪🏾I’m wearing an XL in both but I think I might have been able to wear a Large. The fabric is buttery soft and perfect for yoga or pilates. 👟I still love my icy blue and white Nike and right now they are half off! These @Caraway food storage containers are sooo good! They are ceramic and are dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe! I would recommend purchasing one large container to see how you like them before purchasing the whole set.

IMPRESSIONS 🍳 This is my first time cooking with my new 4.5qt. sauce pan and here are my thoughts:

👩🏾‍🍳 The design is amazing, and the pan quality is 10/10! It comes in a few colors but the white on gold is THAT GIRL for me!

👩🏾‍🍳 The chilis from the al pastor marinade did not dye the pan, which can happen when you use plastic pans.

👩🏾‍🍳 You don't really need oil because the pan is non-stick.

👩🏾‍🍳 You can put the pan in the over for up to 500 degrees and it is safe to use across all stove types.

👩🏾‍🍳 I even used mine as a "hot plate" to cook my tortillas and that also worked really well.

These are some of my recommendations if you’re just now starting your GLP1 journey.

Hair Health: I haven’t experience that much hair shedding, but I’ve been taking Nutrafol & Mary Ruth’s for a little over two years now. It’s a bit pricey but very worth it.

Weighted Vest: I use my vest almost daily when taking my dog Luca for a walk, and it helps with burning calories faster, strengthening my core and helps with posture. I would recommend starting with 15 pounds.

Strength Training: they say that you lose muscle while on the medication so it’s very important to do a couple of strength training exercises daily.

Walking Pad: I highly recommend getting a walking pad. It makes it so much easier to get your walk-in daily, especially if you’re very busy. It’s nice to have at home.

Fitness tracker: a great way to set goals for yourself. Your journey is your own. Set realistic goals for YOUR body and increase them as you go. When I first started my journey I set a goal of 15 min walks to start out. You can set a time , distance or step goal.

Hydration: I’ll admit it’s difficult to get in your daily water intake, but having a Brumate definitely makes it easier. My water stays cool all day and it doesn’t leak.
I’m a big fan of the White Peach sugar free Liquid IV.
