I’ve been trying to be more intentional with self-care and learning to be ok with spending the time, spending the money, and making less excuses as to why not to. It’s been nice to have that appointment with or for myself. It’s been quite rewarding I must say. The hair, the eyebrows, the nails, binging a show or having a movie marathon by myself. Doing all this has really has been a mood booster. So just here to remind anyone who tends to feel guilty for taking time and money out for you, DON’T… just do it! You deserve it!
