As a little girl, crafting with my grandma was always a big part of the holiday season. This little #Christmasvillage is so much fun to make. You can find the patterns at @3dcutspaper — I cut mine on my @officialcricut Explore Air 2.

I added miniature pipe cleaner trees to place around the village for a cute display. Grandma would have been amazed at this project and for some reason I think of her every time I make a new village.

Cricut is having a big sale so if you’re not sure what machine to buy, my advice is if you want to cut balsa wood, upgrade to a Cricut Maker. I have an Explore Air machine and that’s the only thing I really can’t do. I added a Cricut EasyPress so I could make Tshirts and iron ons as well.

He's looking pretty handsome at 13 years old. 💕 Here's Buddy, enjoying the warm December weather while I raked leaves today. He's a purebred sheltie we adopted when he was 3. He has the nicest disposition (with people). He was a puppy mill dog we learned from his papers and while visiting local breeders. He's had quite a life, and was even featured in @betterhomesingardens two years ago. So he's more famous than I am. 😂

I'm late with my holiday decorating this year because I used wire cutters and removed 1200 lights from our "prelit" tree that no longer worked. Soooo, the simpler the better this year. Even with only about eight decorations on the tree...I'm happy with it.
