1. Structured, fitted moto jacket → swap for a leather bomber. Mine’s from Quince and it’s easily one of my favorite jacket investments this fall — goes with everything.

2. Cuffed skinny jeans → swap for a high-waisted, straight-leg silhouette. These Pistola jeans are so flattering, sleek, and timeless — no trend expiration date on this cut.

3. Platform heels → swap for a pointy-toe mule or heel. This is the shoe shape all the stylish girls are wearing right now.

4. Micro mini bag → swap for a classic, timeless handbag. This burgundy suede one has the east-west shape that feels so much more modern.

If you want to look chic and pulled-together even on your most casual days, track pants are the upgrade you didn’t know you needed. They read so much more current than leggings, and honestly just look more intentional.

I’m obsessed with this chocolate brown pair — the shade is perfect for transitioning into fall. Elastic waist, real pockets, barely wrinkle, and so comfortable I’ll basically be living in these for the next few months.

I styled them two ways: with a cropped trench for a more polished look, and with a cropped denim jacket for something more casual-cool.
