Breakfast for the toddler is quick. Most days we have about 45 minutes between the time Big Sis leaves for school and we leave for the gym. She gets one convenience snack “pre-breakfast”, which is usually a yogurt tube. Then I throw together a plate. Scrambled eggs are made in a coffee mug in the microwave. I love the mini waffle maker because I don’t have to dirty a pan. She absolutely loves cheese. Like most toddlers. whatmytoddlereats
