ad My mornings were a mess. Rushed, stressed, and reaching for my phone more than I’d like. So I changed a few small things and it’s made a bigger difference than I expected: 1. Up before the house 2. No phone for the first 30 3. Make the bed, always 4. Shower immediately (no exceptions) 5. Get dressed for the day The shower reset has been big for me lately. I’ve been using the new COMFY scent from OLLY. It smells amazing, feels cozy, & helps start my morning in a more peaceful way.
