Also been living in this cozy Donni pointelle tank set and pants - basically my pregnancy uniform π Wearing size Small in top/pants (stretchy fit) Recipe: 2 medium squash green and yellow 8 ounces pasta 1 tbsp EVOO 1 garlic clove minced 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary 2 cups chopped spinach 1/2 lemon juiced 1/3 cup feta 2 tbsp capers Parm & red pepper flakes to taste Slice squash into thin rounds & cook your pasta until al delta Saute garlic & rosemary in EVOO in a large skillet, add squash, salt & pep, cook until lightly browned Stir in lemon juice, add spinach & drained pasta with some pasta water Stir in feta, capers, red pepper flakes, parm, and drizzle with more EVOO & lemon!
