I hope you guys have been enjoying the reels of my vacay life. I’m definitely having a blast! It's feels amazing to get away from the sharp edges of the hustle and bustle of Chicago, our company, blogging, and a masters program. Don't get me wrong, we have brought work with us but again, the edge is off and the focus is rest. For weeks I’ve been viewing sleep and rest as a superpower. Its been an elixir to my mental health, skin, mood, and creativity. Because I'm so use to going none stop, I didn't realize I needed sleep until I got it. Each time I went down HARD!
