How to Create Floating Flower Garlands with Fishline I’ve seen a lot of different ways to do this, but personally, I just took my fishing line and tied it around the base of the faux flower, making a complete loop underneath it’s “faux stem”. I then made a double knot for a little more security. Move down about 6-8 inches, and tie the next flower to your string. I trimmed my flowers, and then tied them on while watching a movie. This is actually a really simple craft, with incredibly high impact.
