the Italian and I are really focused on trying to focus on our health this year. Not only does this mean gym membership, but it also means cooking healthier meals at home. I have ALWAYS been a fan of a cookbook. Sometimes eating the same 5 meals over and over again can get boring REAL fast. A cookbook always motivates me to get out of my comfort zone in the kitchen.
