Fall-inspired and Caribbean-made! 🎃☕️🍂

I made my own Pumpkin Spice Latte with REAL pumpkin, strong coffee, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, and spice, including some beautiful spices my friend brought back from Grenada! 🇬🇩🇹🇹❤️.

I was missing a few ingredients, but it turned out fantastic!

I also linked the beautiful double-wall coffee mug I used in the video if you’re interested in adding one to your collection. 🤎

Full recipe below! 👇🏽

Recipe:
🎃 2 tbsp real pumpkin puree
☕️ 1 cup strong brewed coffee
🥛 1 cup milk of choice
🍦 ½ tsp vanilla extract
🍂 ½ tsp cinnamon
🌰 ¼ tsp nutmeg
🌿 1–2 whole cloves, crushed and sifted
🫚 A pinch of ground ginger, if you have it
🍬 Sugar to taste

Simple method: Mix your spices. Brew strong coffee. Warm the milk with pumpkin puree, spice mix, vanilla, and sugar, whisking until smooth. Pour the coffee into your mug, add the hot pumpkin-spiced milk, stir, and sprinkle a little extra spice—fantastic!

Amazon find! 🧦🤍 I've been using these compression socks and really like them!

I typically do intense one-hour workouts twice a week, and with all of the high knees and movement, I appreciate the cushioning and support they provide my feet. They feel lightweight and comfortable, almost like my shoes have a little spring in them!

I wear them under my tights, and they are not bulky at all. They also have a nice stretch and can be worn at home or while running errands.

A little kitchen upgrade can make SUCH a difference! 🤎✨

We used these marble-look PVC wall panels as a backsplash at my bestie’s house, and I absolutely love how elevated the space looks. They were easy to measure, cut, and install — plus, such an affordable way to get that marble-inspired look without committing to a major renovation.

And because I loved it THAT much… I’m already planning to do my own kitchen next. 😂👀

This morning, Aayla and I traded screen time for mixing bowls, giggles, and homemade granola. There’s something so special about slowing down, making a little mess together, and creating memories she’ll hopefully remember for years to come.
