I think I needed to cook it for longer because the meat was still a bit tough. This was just angus stew meat, which I usually don’t use, but apparently becomes more tender the longer it cooks I just cut it up with scissors and it was better!

We packed up our stuff and 5 kids for a supposedly 7 hour drive to LA to help host our first-ever @junbimatcha Franchise Day conference and let me tell ya…good thing we gave ourselves a buffer day.

With how busy life has been with work and family, packing was the thing that kept getting pushed back until the last minute. This was our first trip since baby #5 was born, so we were a little out of practice with packing, but we did it! With so many little kids, we had to resist the urge to pack our whole house. We went into this year and trip with the word ADAPT in our hearts and boy oh boy, God really tested us through it!

There were hardly any lines after the fireworks and we had some lightning lanes left. The kids wanted to stay, so we ended up closing out the park at midnight! We had the best time and still riding high from that day!!

I always wondered how kids sleep in these hard plastic rental strollers, but let me tell ya, if they’re tired enough, they make it work 😅

We’ve missed this magical place 🥰 this time we have 2 double strollers and 1 first timer! @disneyland @dantransform

One thing about my mom is that whenever she comes over, she will always bring something for us to eat whether it’s home cooked food, Chinese pastries, sliced fruit, or this time dim sum for us to have Backyard Yum Cha! I’m so grateful for these casual easy meals we get to enjoy together on a whim.
