Giving our front porch a quick spring refresh! Found some cute outdoor pillows to freshen up the space. I use this mini shark vacuum exclusively on the outdoor cushions all year (had a jump scare thinking the leaf was a bug in the video lol). My sectional is old from world market but I’ll try to link something similar! I put rug pads under the outdoor rugs to make them cozier for bare feet. I also added rug tape to keep them in place but we had a big storm come through last night so they still moved around. I might try adding more but it’s been better with the tape vs without. The Easter topiaries will sell out so I’ll link a few options! I found my scalloped planters at HomeGoods so I can’t link those. My white jeans are super comfy/stretchy and run a tad big! I’m wearing a 27. Also linking our unlaquered brass front door knob. It saved me last wwwk because it’s actually a smart lock and Tim was able to unlock it for me while he was out of town! My first impressions of the @lovingtan-us 10 minute tan! It’s currently 15% off at Nordstrom and you earn 9 points per dollar if you’re a Nordy member 👏🏻 I don’t ever want to go back to marinating in self tanner again.

Color wise it’s more of a dark medium tan (looks dark enough to me, but if you use their platinum ultra dark this will be lighter).

It doesn’t smell bad, isn’t sticky, and was super easy to blend.

Walmart new arrivals for Spring! I posted a try on haul selling and reviewing everything over on YouTube! My channel is Amanda John

3 years ago I did a lot of research on how to get my hair healthier. I had fine hair that can break easily, and I wanted to figure out a routine that would help it grow longer but still look healthy instead of stringy. I started following the Abby yung method of hair oiling, Pantene volume shampoo, and being super gentle with brushing. I have to say - it’s made such a big difference!

She recommends using protein treatments and I didn’t end up loving it for my hair because it was making it feel really dry. So now I just use k18 1x - month instead of every wash like she recommends!

All that to say, here’s my tried and true hair favorites!

Hair oil- I use this nightly on my ends, then pre and post blow drying. I always avoided oil because my hair is fine, but this one is light enough as long as I don’t use too much!

Pre shampoo oil- I use the cheaper/ heavier coconut oil as a pre shampoo treatment when I remember. It’s a heavier oil but I just focus it on my ends!

The mason Pearson brush is way more gentle on my hair than any other brush. It glides and deranges so gently. I always try to brush Josie’s hair with it too because she doesn’t complain about it hurting when I do!

I switched from regular to using a deep conditioning mask for each wash. I thought it would weigh down my hair but I haven’t had any issues!

Target maxi dress is giving loveshackfancy for less! Wearing a size small and it fits roomy. If you have wider hips I would consider sizing up so the seams don’t sit too tight against your hips. The straps are adjustable.
