Here is your cozy holiday reminder that a mantel can change everything. We installed ours from Home Depot and it instantly brought the whole space to life. During the holidays it becomes a showstopper once you add garlands and twinkly lights. If you do not have a mantel, you can still create the look by adding a couple of hooks to each side of your wall and draping garlands across. To elevate the whole setup, mix different types of greenery, add soft lights, layer a few objects, and play with textures. I wrapped my ribbons, placed them on the mantel, added stockings, a reindeer, and some bells and the entire area felt complete. Follow me for more holiday inspiration.

I just finished this book and at first it felt like any other motivational read. Honestly, in the beginning I thought it was going to be a waste of time because I was not finding anything new or useful that I did not already know. But as I kept reading, I realized the author was sharing very simple and practical solutions with examples from everyday life that show how we can take bold steps and make bold moves. I am happy to say I have already started implementing some of them in my daily routine. It turned out to be such an easy book to read, the flow was smooth, and the more I got into it the more value I found. I came away thinking that every book has something unique to offer, even if it does not seem that way in the beginning. So if you pick up a book and it feels underwhelming at first, give it a chance because you might be surprised by what you take away.
