Breast Pumping / Feeding Essentials

I exclusively pump to feed my baby. I breast fed in the hospital and the first few days at home but then I moved to pumping only because I like to be able to allow other people to feed my baby but most importantly for me is that I like to track how much food he is actually eating.

I pump for 15 mins every 3 hours (4.5 hour stretch at night )

These are my go to essentials! 🍼
