Prepping my new Brooks Ghost running shoes by adding inserts to support an old injury! Headed to the gym to break them in before I wear them on a run later this week! Brooks are my favorite affordable running shoe EVER!! I also wear the Revel for running, which are very lightweight yet supportive on hard surfaces. They are often on sale on various websites.
