One of my self-care Sunday rituals is giving myself a gua sha face and neck massage on Sunday evenings. Gua sha massages help sculpt the face and neck, but what I love most is giving myself a much-needed TLC after a long week. For me, It’s a special time I set aside just for myself.

I usally follow a YouTube tutorials while I do this - there are so many good ones out there! Make sure to practice this massage after cleansing your skin and applying a generous amount of face oil, as this helps the gua sha tool glide smoothly over your skin. Have you tried gua sha massages?
