Out of office…sort of.
I'm in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, for a small business retreat with a wonderful group of women I've gotten to know through Zoom-but this is the first time we are meeting IRL.

We're spending time talking about our businesses, learning from our coach and each other, and figuring out how to use social media to better our businesses and have work-life balance. #goals
