Potatoe recipe: 4 russet potatoes (Peeled) I cup milk or heavy cream 3tbsp butter I tbsp garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg I teaspoon dried thyme Slice potatoes on the thinnest setting on a mandolin (or as thin as you can slice with a knife) Layer the potatoes in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper each layer. In a small sauce pan put all the other ingredients in and bring to a boil then pour it over the potatoes in the baking dish. Bake, covered, at 400 for 45 min and then remove foil and broil for a few minutes until golden brown edges on top. LTKHome LTKVideo LTKFamily
