Asian Chicken Salad Ingredients : Chicken breasts @kindersflavors teriyaki sauce 1/2 cup or so Sriracha 1 teaspoon Soy sauce 1 tablespoon Broccoli slaw (or any lettuce you want to use) Celery 1/4 cup chopped Shredded carrots 1/4 cup Sliced almonds 2 tablespoons (or more if you want) Sesame seeds and wonton strips for toppings Sesame ginger vinaigrette - or whatever dressing you want Recipe : In your instant pot (or crock pot) layer all the sauces on the bottom to cover- add in chicken, season with pepper and place your lid on. Cook for 13 minutes in the pressure cooker/instant pot - or crockpot 3 hours high 6 hours low In a bowl add all of your salad ingredients (minus the wontons) and mix well. Remove your chicken and shred it in a separate bowl then add in as much sauce as you’d like from the pot. You can also save this sauce for a topping. Plate and serve!
