Getting my herbal infusions ready for the next few days. Loving all your feedback! So excited that y’all are jumping on this bandwagon with me! I do 3 tablespoons of oat straw, stinging nettles, and red raspberry leaf for every quart. It’s a very concentrated herbal infusion. Steep for 5 to 8 hours and then drink. I like to add them to my green smoothie! All organic!
