1️⃣ Take balls out of the air
Don’t wait for the bounce — taking balls out of the air cuts your opponent’s time and can keep them stuck at the baseline, keeping you more offensive and in a power position. Use a strong athletic stance, hinge from your hips and reach in to take as many balls out of the air as possible 💥

2️⃣ Ball placement
Switching up pace, spin, and ball placement is 🔑 as your target gets closer to the net, aim for their feet. Try different angles to move your opponent and open up angles

3️⃣ Use swing volleys
When you get a higher, attackable ball — rotate through your upper body and swing across your body to generate pace. It’s not just about your arm, it’s your shoulders and core also generating the pace.
