Curly Hair Routine ✨
1. Wash hair
2. Apply Kerastase oil and brush through, wrap up with a hair towel
3. Apply curl foam and Hairitage curl cream, scrunch and wrap back up in a towel while doing makeup
4. Apply a tiny bit more curl cream, scrunch and sometimes diffuse with a blow dryer

Urban Decay doesn’t make this original eyeshadow palette anymore, so I linked an ELF dupe. I have no ever tried the dupe, so I can’t say if it is pigmented or not but it looks very similar!

On hair wash day:
1. FIRST, I apply this scalp oil in the morning and put my hair in a low bun. I go about my day: workout, hot yoga, etc.
2. SECOND, when it is time to wash my hair I do a double wash. First with this HG shampoo and second with the best shampoo in the world, Blond Absolu. If you’re not blonde, I will link a similar one next to it that I also love for the second wash.
3. THIRD, I condition with Resistance conditioner. I ran out a few days ago, and I didn’t have time to grab more today yet, so I used this travel size shine conditioner which to be honest is also great. It’s a toss-up between the two but I overall prefer the green one for long-term use!
4. FOURTH step, I dry off and apply a small amount of this leave-in mask and hair oil. I wrap my hair up in a drying towel and let it air dry in there while I do my makeup.
5. FIFTH, lastly I apply this incredible leave-in that is a heat protectant, and I blow dry my hair with the Revlon dry brush!

Truly, the only combo of hair care products that actually make me see a difference in my hair. This shampoo is truly the best for blondes or lightened hair. The conditioner that matches is also great but I prefer their “green” line for conditioner. After shampoo/conditioner, make sure you apply their elixir oil and leave-in heat protection cream before blow drying. At night before bed, apply the overnight serum.

Hair wash day = all day hair mask day after working out. I put the oil first and brush through, then lightly apply the masque and brush through. Low bun it all day and then wash out at night and blow dry smooth!

Curly hair on vacay routine!
1. Wash my hair with either Kérastase shampoo/conditioner or while on vacay I was using my travel size products: Bondi Boost HG shampoo/conditioner and a Kérastase travel mask (I wash and make sure it’s super detangled and soft, brushing through it until super smooth)
2. I flip over and wrap a towel around my hair while I do other things after the shower (makeup, etc.)
3. Unwrap my hair and put in a few products, scrunching with a hand towel to both scrunch and get the water out at the same time. On vacay this week I used: Hairitage Curl, SheaMoisture Curl Mousse and Kérastase Oil.
4. The last few minutes after air drying and scrunching to get water out, I use a diffuser just to heat it up and finish drying.
5. Flip over and spray Oribe dry texture into the roots and done!

The best clear protein that I have personally tried! I can’t stand smoothies and protein shakes. They are too creamy and thick for me. This clear protein is quick to shake and it is light, fruity and refreshing! My favorite flavor is the strawberry kiwi. It tastes like a sour starburst. The other two flavors are tied. All so delicious! I find it shakes best in a shaker bottle. I linked the travel size packets which are great to keep in your gym bag on-the-go; but I also linked the full-size version of you want to keep your favorite flavor at home!

1. I like to get a natural tan. I love the sun. I like to get a little bit each day even if it’s just when I go out on a walk (sports bra + shorts).
2. I use Alsatin Tinted Moisturizer on my face for sunscreen. It’s the best! I’ve tried others and it’s the only one I like. This is what I wear daily (instead of makeup).
3. I use SPF on my shoulders and certain areas, and then I use a tanning oil that has sunscreen in it on the rest of me.
4. When I need a good “bronze” for an event, etc. I go to Palm Beach Tan and do “medium bronze with topaz and iolite” bronzers.
5. In between, scrub everything off with bath gloves! And then repeat: natural base tan, spray tan.

I rarely wear my natural curls…but today I did because it was a rainy morning & I figured it would get curly anyways with every drop of water 😆 so I borrowed all of the curly girl products I use on my daughters hair and linked them below!
1) I wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner (and comb out every tangle in the shower)
2) I apply purple serum for brassiness and Kerastase oil (my favorite) and the SheaMoisture curl foam I linked…comb that out again, scrunch just a little bit and wrap it all up in a hair towel while I do my makeup
3) After I am dressed and ready I take my hair out of the towel and apply a mixture of the linked curl creams, scrunch and let it air dry
4) Before I get out of the car when I get to where we are going, I spritz texturizing spray in the roots and shake it all out for volume
